DID YOU KNOW?

Sandhya Maarga Holistic Living Academy was the first place to offer a planetarium ceiling for its yoga practitioners at their Kuala Lumpur HQ.

01

Sandhya Maarga Holistic Living Academy is the first to introduce a planetarium ceiling for yoga practice. After completing savasana, practitioners are invited to gaze at the stars and galaxies projected above them. After savasana, students can gaze upon a breathtaking view of the galaxy, allowing the mind to drift into a deeper state of calm and connection with the universe.

This unique setting creates a sense of wonder and tranquility, helping the mind expand beyond the physical body and into the vastness of the cosmos. It deepens meditation and makes relaxation more profound.

By merging yoga with a starry visual experience, the Academy offers practitioners not just a class, but a journey — one that connects the inner self with the infinite universe.

02

In Sandhya Maarga Yoga, wearing white represents purity and clarity. It helps practitioners enter each session with an open heart and mind, ready to receive energy and teachings without distraction.

Energetically, white is believed to expand the aura and support a smoother flow of prana (life force). Dressed in white from head to toe, practitioners often feel lighter, more focused, and attuned to subtle vibrations during practice.

In contrast, instructors wear black to symbolise grounding and authority. This balance between white and black creates harmony in the class, with students embodying openness while teachers provide stability and guidance.

By combining ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic techniques, Vitalitas stands out as a pioneer in holistic special needs care — making the healing journey both effective and empowering.

Since 2013, Sandhya Maarga Holistic Living Academy organised the International Conference & Exhibition for Holistic Wellness annually, right up until the pandemic. What started with just 26 participants in its first year quickly grew to welcome more than 500 attendees from all over the world within three years.

The event served as a platform to educate the public and raise awareness about the many benefits of Traditional & Complementary Medicine. It brought together practitioners, experts, and enthusiasts to share knowledge and foster understanding.

To encourage future doctors to embrace integrative healthcare, the Academy also sponsored medical students from across Malaysia to attend. This initiative helped expand their perspectives on the potential of combining modern medicine with holistic approaches for better patient care.

Sphaeram Nexus Academy

DID YOU KNOW?

Sphaeram Nexus Academy’s students were podcasting in the studio years before it became the “in thing”!

05

Since 2013, Sphaeram Nexus Academy has been offering music and drama classes to nurture creativity and expression in students. Over the years, it has become a hub for aspiring artists to explore and develop their talents.

In 2016, together with its sister company Kreativ Kunste Productions, the Academy took a bold step by establishing a recording studio at its Kuala Lumpur HQ. This gave students access to professional facilities to further refine their skills.

The studio has been used not only for music recording and practice, but also for vocal drama training and podcasting — long before podcasting became a global trend.

06

Kreativ Kunste Productions was first launched with a passion for filmmaking, producing short films and offering drama students a platform to put their skills into practice. It quickly became a creative outlet for storytelling and performance.

As the company grew, it expanded into marketing solutions, creating impactful corporate video ads through creative storytelling. This opened opportunities for university students in mass communication, expressive arts, graphic design, and marketing to gain valuable industry training.

Today, Kreativ Kunste Productions offers a wide range of services — from website creation, logo and marketing material design, to photography, videography, podcasting, social media management, and event coverage — making it a one-stop hub for creative and digital solutions.
